You are in the centre of attention: We do use all the time it takes to advise you individually. The most important thing for us are your requests. We are aware of the fact that we exist because of you. Because of this you'll never receive an answer by automatically produced mails or ticket-numbers. Each mail will be answered by a member of our team individually, fast and competent (no roots). Each thread will be settled only after you're completely satisfied.
Individualization: Other providers group their customers. We work for each and every single one of our customers! We treat each customer as a unique person.
Quality protection: We constantly check our quality and our services and we adapt them to economical, technical and social developments. In this respect your needs are of course of great importance.
Speed: We immediately carry out your wishes, at the latest within 18 hours. This also on Sundays and holidays.
Reasonable prices: Our prices are favourable. Our bargain offers start at EUR 2,90 per month for a hosting-package. You might eventually find other or cheaper offers, but since we do not want to make cuts regarding our staff, technical equipment, support, means of communication and service, we do not reduce our prices. We do provide high quality hosting and not wholesale hosting at dumping rates.
No duration of contract: We do not allure new customers with low rates to tie them up with a long-term contract. Each customer is free to cancel the contract anytime. There are no terms of notice. One is only able to do so if the customers are satisfied with one's services. Our customers are convinced of the quality of our performance. Since 1997.
Complete service: If you should have questions, need assistance or support, we are at your disposal. Anytime and comprehensive. Free of costs and as often as you want (for our members).
Flexibility: We always adjust our services to your changing needs. We do e.g. not charge any costs if you should wish to switch from one to another package.
Protection of data: We deal of course in confidence with your data and records. We assure you that we do not transfer customer-related data to third parties (exemption: Registration authorities for domains).
Future-orientation: We will not sell our company to any large-scale enterprise. The bigger an enterprise is the more difficult is it to maintain high service-standards. At Speedware you are able if you wish to do so to directly contact the engineer on charge any time. We do not employ any friendly telephone-operator who does console you or connects your call to some other operator. Our communication is straight and short. Now and for the future.
